Our standard delivery service is 14 working days (stock permitting) regardless of whether standard, recorded, or overseas shipping is selected. If for any reason this cannot be adhered to, Solidea Esther UK will notify you immediately and a revised delivery date will be decided. The cost of delivery will depend on the products you order and where you want them delivered to and can be seen prior to checkout. If products are ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday, the order date is taken as the following working day for delivery purposes.

If a delivery would normally fall due over the Christmas period, the delivery period may be extended to a later date. You will be given further information about this before you place your order.

For orders to be delivered to UK mainland, please select our 'Recorded' delivery option to take advantage of our Guaranteed Delivery Policy (see below).

If you decide to pay for Recorded Delivery on items to be delivered to the UK mainland, we will send a replacement order immediately should your items become lost in the post.  Please note that this guarantee does not apply to overseas and standard (i.e. non-recorded) deliveries.  In either of these situations you should contact us immediately if your order goes astray so that we can try to locate it for you.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you.  You will be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 

All orders are subject to 17.5% VAT. 

Your credit card payment is taken securely and processed by PayPal Merchant Services. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the Payment Gateway.
